Haritha has extensive experience representing emerging technology and life sciences companies in corporate organization and financing transactions throughout their lifecycles, including initial formation, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions, and providing them with thoughtful counsel regarding day-to-day corporate, commercial and operational matters. Haritha also has experience representing investors in equity and debt financings in the emerging technology and life science fields. Haritha assists early-stage companies, entrepreneurs, and founders with employment, equity compensation, consulting, confidentiality, and corporate governance matters.

Haritha is the chair of Faber’s Women’s Initiative sub-committee as part of Faber’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
